I think Mayor Stewart and most of the current City Council are gonna get booted out in the October civic election. There seems to be a lot of resentment towards the current municipal "leaders", and they have shown themselves to be extremely incapable in managing the City as well as its finances.
Of course, there is no guarantee that the new crop of people in City Hall won't be as incompetent as the current ones...
