The price is moving just from gambler pumping and dumping against one another and people who don't understand market cap buying them.
Some people think since it was once worth $100, there could be a slight chance it goes back up to maybe $10 or even $1 so their $10 bet could turn into thousands.

I dont think anyone beside gambler and idoits are buying luna right now.
Having said that I did buy $10 at the very bottom yesterday and now its about $1000 lol
