My gripe/experience with Super save in Richmond is that no matter how full/empty a tank is it seems like they always charge the same price, I don't believe they actually calculate the weight and amount of propane filled, but just assume an empty tank. I may be mistaken or maybe it's just the Richmond location.
A fill at super save was like $25 or $30? Vs a tank exchange from what I remember is like $28 to $34? Just a few bucks more and way more locations that do an exchange vs a refill.
