If it was serviced on schedule you have a reasonable chance of it lasting a while. Did it get regular oil changes, has the timing belt and WP been done?
VAG used the TFSI engine in that thing in so many cars, parts are easy to come by and there's a huge body of knowledge on DIY'ing them. How long will it last can be answered with a couple of questions:
1) how much experience DIY'ing do you have or how much do you want to spend at a mechanic?
2) what is this car to you, is it something that needs to be running perfect 100% of the time because it's how you get to work to feed your family or is it just a toy?
Any car with that many km on the clock is going to encounter stuff wearing out even if it doesn't have any catastrophic failures, there is just going to be stuff at the end of service life. If you're OK with everything not being 100% perfect 100% of the time and can turn some wrenches, you can probably make that car last a long time. If you need it to be perfect and don't want to DIY it, it could become a German albatross around your neck. And then you will be posting it up for sale and some idiot like me who is a glutton for punishment via aging German automotive engineering will be round your house buying it!

I've never seen an Audi with this high of KM before but I plan to take it to Kelowna in a few weeks and hopefully road trip down the coast after I replace fluids, brakes and tires.
