Just want to point out the difference between Mazda Canada vs Signature Mazda. Based on my own experience with Mazda Canada's PR / Marketing team through the local Miata club / motorsports clubs, and their test drive programs, they are very good at what they do, and they are pretty generous.
Signature Mazda, on the other hand... I've only had some cursory experience with them through sales and service, and that was probably close to 15 years ago. But based on what they are doing now with this customer, I'd certainly say their PR/marketing team is not very smart to argue over the negative Google review.
