I've got a 1 car attached garage and right now there's no ventilation in it so exhaust hangs arounds and with the heat right now the garage gets quite hot so I want to put in an in-wall exhaust fan. I figure I'll get my contractor who's doing work on my house to add this to the tab but wondering if folks have suggestions on what kind of fan I should be putting in. Do I also need an intake? Anyone using a wifi friendly or temperature based timer? Thanks
