Brandon (skate kicker)'s Google review is getting hammered.
Dropped from 4.8 to 3.0. Although I'm pretty sure all the fake reviews are going to get removed eventually.
He deleted his IG though.

Some years back Phil Moore was busted for selling juice. He was head of the RE board at the time. Being he was a prominent agent it was kept away from public. Only people in the industry knew. Now this is just odd timing as I recently found out this tidbit a couple weeks ago from his ex-colleague. Did Phil ever have reported roid rage...that part I dunno but he was a juicer

After enough phone calls to the police, he was finally evicted by the wife, (or so the police said).
If I can make a suggestion towards your client: and this is what I did after the police could not do anything: I talked to the wife when the guy was not home.
I told her that I was concerned for her life, and that she is the only one, that can get herself out of this bad position.
If you (she) needs help, come talk to me when the husband is out, if you need a witness, or any form of help, knock on my door, whatever. There's help centers, anonymous phone lines, options are there, only you (she) can improve your quality of life.
The police can't do ANYTHING, unless she steps up, and says something. The extra care from a few words might give her the confidence she needs, to speak up.
It disgusts me that this kind of stuff happens, but that's just life

Current tenant moving out isn't my client, her landlord is.
