So key things to think about, their little necks are not developed.

If you have them FF, knock on wood you happen to be in a frontal collision their head will snap forward. It's a lot of force on the neck if something was to happen. This is why HANS device is used in motorsport.

What I suggest, if possible take out the rear headrest where the seat is installed. (Provided that's allowed by your vehicle and car seat manufacture) That way she'll have a better view behind.
