I'm going to be around 15K for mine (3-ton Mits Cold Climate rated)
That includes removal of old furnace & oil tank, new HP and air handler install, sheetmetal for a few additional air outlets. (not including electrical which I'm doing myself)
I should be good for 11K in rebates between the Canada Greener Homes and CleanBC grants.
Work is getting started to remove old oil tank and furnace on Monday.
