It's not the right kind of fan but I think Panasonic offers residential quiet fans that could draw air out of the size of your garage. I have the Panasonic quiet fan for my bathrooms and they do a really good job but I'm not sure if there is one that will be powerful enough to draw enough exhaust fumes out of the garage from a safety perspective.
