Since this thread has been resurrected, I'll share a few thoughts on Zone Garage.

I got the garage done earlier this year by Zone Garage. The end result was excellent and the guy did a great job, enough so that it generated a few referrals from my neighbors and nearby friends.

One of my neighbors that showed interest wanted the work done for their pool deck and asked if there was a non-slip version which the contractor said there is. The scope of the job required a couple of days of work, so they decided to head out of town while the crew worked on their pool.

You can probably guess what happened next. The pool deck was covered will the same slippery top coat as my garage, there were sharp edges on random spots on the deck, and parts of the deck had more clear finish than other spots which made it even more slippery than other areas. Effectively this made the pool unusable given all these hazards, and you can imagine how upset my neighbors were when they came back to this.

I'm not sure what their next steps are at this point, and I don't want to insert myself into this by asking.
