When there are civilian deaths as a result of police action, isn't there always an inquiry to review the case and make sure there is no wrongdoing on the police's part? Mind you, much of the time, my jaded thinking makes me think most of these inquiry / reviews are procedural, with the inquiry doing its best to protect / defend the police unless there is overwhelming evidence to suggest the police is at fault.
Police cruisers have dashcams, right? I hope they also have GPS overlay so that the speed of travel will be included in the review.
