Any exec that says, 'GM and management team has complete autonomy' is blowing smoke ... c'mon you know how life really works. Aquaman tells the mgmt team 'you have complete and total autonomy' but when he wants something done and calls you over for lunch and begins with, 'Listen .. about so and so ...'
