I know more cheap owners, than landlords....
With that said, yeah... there are alot of cheap landlords avoiding any additional cost. But that's just the world overall, everyone is greedy in some way or form
My favourite quote was from my old neighbor:

Why should I pay a premium today / increased strata fees, if I don't even know I'm going to be living here in 5 to 10 years. Expenses should be paid when they come up"
At this point I was almost speechless, and in the same time, I was hoping we would get a special assessment approved very soon, just to hear her complain the she needs to pay x-xxK for the repairs needed.
