I just got back from Hong Kong, things have changed a ton since my last trip there in 2020.

Here are the things that may be of interest to you:
- Kai Tak Park and West Kowloon Cultural District
- The Central district around PMQ is always interesting - great area for drinks or to walk around. It's within walking distance to LKF as well.
- A new mall in TST called K11 Musea - it is posh and they regularly have car displays there
- MTR system is more connected than before with new lines and extensions

If you're looking for a day trip, perhaps you can check out Lamma Island if you haven't been there before.

I would also revisit places from your last trip because they could've changed as well.

Here are a few restaurants I enjoyed from this trip:
- HEXA (Dim Sum)
- Louise (French)
- PANO (Western)

I don't think travel to Macau will be viable for you because quarantine measures are still pretty strict, so double-check the rules for that.
