Yea some bonehead moves among among other things along the way but holy shit now years later I don't even know where we are to be honest. We're a capped out team that isn't even a playoff team like I have no idea what to even expect anymore and can't help that we're pretty much fucked despite having some really good pieces that some people would kill for such as a legit #1 starter at a good price. Grade A offensively minded defensemen to drive our offence in Huggie Bear and yea you can argue about the rest in terms on whether or not they're elite, untouchable or whatever i.e. EP40 etc. Fucking shit so frustrating.

We've been incredibly unlucky with our young players. Boeser looked like a 30-40 goal scorer and then injuries turned him into 20 goal scorer and finished off whatever limited skating ability he once had. Petey injured his wrist and took a full year to recover and you could argue his shot has never recovered. It's got power but his accuracy is off. Hoglander had an incredible rookie year and he can't seem to find his game since. Podz is still a big question mark...
