Yeah first it was Ferrari during the Schumacher years (Ecclestone has said as much), then Mercedes, now it's Red Bull
But I am talking more about luck and circumstances rather than a conspiracy.. Just that most breaks go their way. When something bad happens, like the pit stop, it's their own fault. But things that aren't their fault, the breaks seem to only go their way.
