This is correct, I went eastbound around 9am, power line in middle of hov lane, and looked like the entire road had one westbound
Coming back from surrey westbound around 11am, apparently it was near gridlock until hope according to a coworker. Unless there was something else over there.
Maps told me to drive through north Coquitlam because it was 65 minutes faster to get to Vancouver....
Never seen people reversing 300m from the main highway just so they can take the Coquitlam bridge route instead
