Did wanted to pat myself on the back a little bit =) Since I don't get any phone/internet leads at all. It's all walk-in + my own ads for now.
To summarize, it feels like a lot of it came down to luck.
Now lets hope that I can do better in November!

It can't be just luck, give yourself some props.
You changed your career that you were comfortable and tenured in to try something new, lots of people on here warned you not to as well.
That takes big balls, not just luck. Give yourself some credit.
