If I am reading it right, the hybrid drivetrain is only available in the top trim? I know they are trying to nudge people towards buying the higher trim level (and therefore get the higher profit margin), but I don't like that move at all. The hybrid engine should have been at least made available in the mid trim level.
They did the same with the CRV as well. In Canada many buyers are opting for the higher trims so that's why.

In the US the CRV you can get the Sport model which would be a hybrid but for us only the Touring trim gets the hybrid.
