Hmm not a lot of spots to work with. You could use something with an external battery so you don't have to remove the light to charge it but then you have to worry about tangling up wires when you fold it up.
The easiest thing might just be a headlamp on your head with a bike light clipped onto the back. You can get some now that put out crazy amounts of light.
