There was a political analyst on the radio today saying there was never a time between when Harper announcing the plan up until today when there was even a bidding process in place. So they delayed the inevitable and never even tendered other offers because the bidding process itself would have been so costly.

In 15 minutes of walking up and down 3 blocks, saw at least 8 people camping in store fronts, a nice big pile of shit right behind my vehicle where I parked, and 2 different homeless people screaming at random pedestrians. This was at Seymour and Georgia.. #ThisIsWhyWeLiveHere
