Nothing to do with liking or disliking dogs, it's moreso about how some dogs don't shut the fuck up for several hours. Primary if it's past 11pm, and all you hear is bork bork bork bork bork bork bork bork bork until 1am when the neighbor gets back
The best part is the neighbors almost never know how many people their dog is pissing off, because it's silent when they get back
