I lift 5x a week, and do hot yoga 1-2x weekly. Try to swim as well once a week.
Once April comes around I'll be biking 2x a week on top of all that.
As others have said really recommend getting a good walk in, but make sure it's in nature. The winter here in brutal when it's dark at 4PM and you're inside most of the time. I found it really helps to just drive out to North Van or Coquitlam and get a good forest walk once a week, it really helps reset your mind a bit. Walking in the city/neighborhood doesn't satisfy that in the same way.
