Cactus I feel is pretty standard fare and the consistency is pretty on ball almost every time. Also in case no one knows, FYI, Earls and Cactus is owned by the same family. Earls was part owner of Cactus and ended up buying out the other family.

I have also never been disappointed by KEG at Still Creek and on Granville Island -- in fact, I think their steaks are excellent, esp when you take prices into account. But somehow, I always get served by dudes at KEG too lol~

Same here, and the 1 time at Still Creek, our server was a Bradley Cooper doppleganger who was also named Brad. Turned out he was a local actor.
