since I'm not wearing my body down I've just taken normal vitamins like centrum multi-vitamin with omega 3's.
highly recommend orange triad for Digestion. i use to pound food down working hard and it'd definably make everything easier using the washroom
Hopefully the orange triad works for you. lot of tennis players have had good luck with their elbows clicking and being sore with it being cured later on from the joint support.
