General Daily:
Fish oil (1800mg EPA min)
Curcumin (bioavailable form, either Meriva or Theracumin)
CoQ10 (at 40+ it's a good idea)
For me personally daily:
Ashwagandha (helps with general anxiety a LOT)
Arjuna (heart health)
At night general:
Magnesium, Zinc (can use ZMA combined form to make it easier)
Melatonin (not just for sleep but also a powerful antioxidant. Makes you sleep "better")
At night for me personally:
St. John's Wort (standardized for hyperforin rather than hypericin - again for anxiety and mood)
None of this will be "felt" except the melatonin, but is good for you. If you only want to take ONE thing, take the fish oil. Make sure dose is high enough.
