Total daily doses, taken in 2 doses (Lunch and Dinner):

Omega 3: 5400mg (3600mg DPA / 1800mg DHA)
Vitamin C: 2000mg
Vitamin D: 4000 IU
Magnesium Bisglycinate: 400mg
Zinc: 50mg (one time before bed)

For Fish Oil and Vitamin D, it sounds like a lot but it's based on recommended dosage/body weight from Dr Rhonda Patrick.

I see the effects of the Omega3 in my bloodwork, although my LDL is slightly elevated, my HDL is pretty high and so the HDL:LDL ratio is pretty solid.

Vitamin D as well, I took the Vitamin D test and it showed i was well within sufficient range (many if not most ppl, especially further north, are deficient in Vitamin D). I actually had to reduce my dosage from 6000 IU to 4000 IU a day as i was getting into the higher end of the 'sufficient' range.
