How are the neighbourhoods in Coquitlam around Austin Heights or Coquitlam Town Centre or even Port Moody? Been looking at some listings lately but not too familiar with living in those areas.

I'm near Coquitlam center south of David (before Westwood plateau begins) and I love it here, coming from growing up in Richmond all my life. The square bordering Barnet, falcon, David, and Westwood.

Great access to nature, very easy grocery shopping (t&t, Walmart, save on, kins, IGA, thriftys within 5 min drive.)

Wider range of cuisine and food options than Richmond, although missing a few staples (missing really good Taiwanese beef noodles and beef brisket wonton noodles).

Westcoast express is super comfortable and convenient.

Generally quiet neighborhood, well lit, clean.
