Both neighbourhoods will see constant change in the next decade or two. Austin Height is just starting to redevelopment and you should see a lot more multi-family development options. Compared to City Centre, Austin Height lags behind on new retail or commercial space and rapid transit, but you're within a 10-15 minute drive to Burquitlam or City Centre.
