I think in Vancouver CC2 would make sense until you are doing 20 - 25K KM per year. That's when the costs add up.

On my father-in-law's recently acquired Yaris, we put on some Nokian all weathers for him as his OEM tires were 10+ years old and we finally convinced him to let go of his junker van that was falling apart.

Had I known about the CC2s, that would have been perfect because the eyebrows are a representation of how he feels about me.
