Edit: RE related question / on topic to current topic: If you own a place, do you think your gf/bf should be paying you rent? In my opinion, it's pretty black and white. If you were both renting and moved in together to save costs - you would still be renting and you would split 50/50. Why does it change if one partner owns it?
