These laws will definitely affect them on the corporate side, you'll see less companies (you're seeing this already) wanting to open shop within the state itself. The problem is money talks, Florida is cheap, they offer tons of incentives to draw business there.
From an agricultural standpoint, I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Most immigrants tend to go where they have family and a support system, if Florida is that state, they'll still go there.
The penalties writ-large in any state are quite strict nowadays if ICE gets their hands on you anywhere at this point.
