Brake fluid absorbs moisture even though it's a sealed system. Think condensation on a cup of water.

Moisture in the brake fluid = boiling point of brake fluid goes down. Auto X isn't really that hard on brakes but repeated slamming of them will heat up the fluid quite a bit. Last thing you want is a boiled over brake fluid and you slam your brakes during a heavy braking zone and there's no brake pressure.
