My wife has an id4. Great build quality but the software is horrid and their buttons are stupid. They capacitive touch buttons for the most part, regular ones would be much better. You get two window switches for all 4 windows and have to use a separate switch to change between controlling the front and back. Some of the buttons don't have any backlighting at night so you can't see them. Every time you get in the car there's a warning screen on the car that won't turn off unless you press a button. The list goes on but the software mostly would make me sell the car if it was mine.
