^ strangely enough, there is a clause in the Hague, Geneva convention that makes assassination or targeted killing of a leader prohibited. Which I don't understand, I mean, I thought, all is fair in love and war.
So even with Osama Bin Laden, the law is to capture him alive, they had to demonstrate that he was trying to fight back in order to have justification to shoot/kill him.
