Speaking of benefits, it's quite an area for abuse. I had to get a CPAP machine, and the place (Mainland Sleep) I did my sleep study wanted $2500 for a CPAP kit. My shit extended insurance only covered $1000. They were able to bring the price down to $1800, but that still meant paying $800 out of pocket.

I was able to get 100% covered by checking out a different places, and ended up getting the exact same setup for a fraction of the cost. Shop around!
