Back in the 60's Britannia was nothing but Italians and chinese. Not a whole lot of natives. Brown? Never saw a single brown kid at Brit. Little Italy was like chinatown. The Italians are now in North Burnaby. Not sure when that happened. Neighbourhoods change, I guess.
I take that back, I do remember one brown kid. Last name was Sodhi. We called him Sodhi Pop. Only reason I remembered him. One black dude, my best friend. That's about it. Black and white......... errrr....... white and yellow.
