I'm thinking about starting the convo to ask momma for help lol. Sell her house and divide into 2 detached house downpayments for me and my bro + both sell condos to upgrade. Then she can have a room in each house. We'll both carry the $1M+ Difference @ $6-8k/month with hopefully slumlord basement rental income
