Ugh, we have one 'director' and she fits the description to a T.
Micromanaging (from a national level nonetheless), stubborn, and thinks she's all edgy because in leadership calls she'll say things like "well the client can suck a dick".
Yet she keeps her job because women in leadership and all that. Imagine if an old white guy said something similar, like grab'em by the pus...oh, wait, bad example.
