I mean, he's not wrong Mike. China's entry into Africa is fully exploitative - Africa is basically the major last untapped continent, there's so much resources available that haven't been touched yet due to corruption, mismanagement, remoteness etc. China wants to colonize Africa but in a much more subtle way than the Europeans did, and with much less actual on the ground boots/structure.
