I would personally just suggest buying a new reach in, and call it a day. Several people just buy an extra chest freezer, and that's more than plenty for a family of 4 or such

I buy whole half cow and also make some pickled veggies between families and friends. Then my First Nation buddies would bring me wild caught from time to time. I’ve always struggled with fridge space and either have to cut my usual groceries when it’s season.
I was with 3 fridges and freezers. Note that one broke down and another one is near its EoL, instead of just buying multiple units, I thought I’d just get a walk in unit for the heck of it.
