This is what I had in my mind:

It's probably not incredibly huge like one in restaurant or supermarket. But the idea is to add a walk-in fridge with 2 doors, one large door to bring whatever in on the side, and a glass-door (like the one in supermarket) facing another side with shelves for easy pickup in my garage... something like this:
From my buddy down in the US, he says any walk-in fridge would use commercial grade equiments. Only problem is that they are louder. But it's generally easier to maintain and more robust than domestic solutions as they care more about fitting everything into a certain size package.
