To be frank, that's a stupid idea.
There's no reason why anyone will benefit from a walk-in fridge unless you have a family of 10 who eat frozen meals 24/7 or live 100 km away from the nearest grocery store.
My sister in-law lives in Anmore and they can fit a week worth of food and drinks for their family of 5 with their 48" fridge.
Or just use that money to spend on daily spud delivery.
