+1, when I moved into an older place in Coquitlam, the only option they had was Telus Copper that topped out at 30mbps. Even then I was able to run Zoom calls simultaneously with my partner with no issue, even with 2+ dozen IoT devices on my network (including wifi cameras, etc).
When they installed fibre, the lowest speed available was 75mbps, but I was grandfathered with my pricing plan on the 30mbps but with the higher fibre speed.
Experience no issues with video conferencing and work calls.
