When did it include any star alliance lounge? I have the td privilege version and its just the crappy maple leaf lounges and 6 passes for dragonpass.
Iirc the amex, td, cibc top aeroplan cards are pretty much the same benefits across the boad just some differences with aeroplan bonus points
