Regulated my replica as it was really out of whack. Got it down to -10 seconds but I doubt it'll last long there

That swan neck is fake btw lol.. It doesn't do anything. But you can still move the balance spring from the other side.

I ordered a Seagull movement to replace this one.. It's also based on the UNITAS 6497-1 and should be a direct swap. It should keep better time, but this is more for fun. I'm ready to mess around with this stuff, but nothing like full service or anything like that. If it goes well I may buy a legit ETA.. That would be about $300

(and yes I cleaned out the crud in the crown guard too.. should have done it before I took the pic lol)
