What I want to say is, I am not naive to think that racism doesn’t exist and there’s 0 preferential treatment. Nevertheless, assuming everything being equal, the number wouldn’t be too far from the number you posted. To say that there’s a systematic racial inequality in our society as a whole that statistical model can show, nop.

Assuming your numbers are correct, of the 65% male workforce, 76% of them would be white, so 49.4% of the workforce are white males. Yet 88% of c-suites are white males - how the fuck is that "not too far".
If you're going to spew statistics, at least think before you spew.
