Police take the bags, and then go to owners house, knock on door, and dumps all the shit out inside their house, all while recording on body cam POV.
Then hands them a fine for littering in the park.
Owners decide to dispute the ticket, so they go to court, and then the cops show the surveillance of them dumping it out infront of court.
Then the judge gives them another fine for lying about chucking garbage into a park.

And you get to watch all this shit on tv
