All done! Seagull is installed and ticking away at +/- 0 seconds, according to the timegrapher app

Hardest part was the movement clips. Those little bastards are so small and like to jump out of the tweezers. I even dropped one, but was able to find it (thankfully the movement came with a couple, just in case)

If I work on my watch again, I'll get quality tweezers, a new loupe (or desktop magnifying glass with light), and a movement holder of some sort.
